A fillet knife
Here is a fillet knife I made. The blade is ss steel and the handle i made from flame roor birch with brass,. What do you think?

What do I think?
I will leave hyperbole to others.  Actually that is one of the prettiest knives I have seen. Undoubtedly the best looking filet knife.  Very well done, Kevin

Kimmo, that is the nicest looking fillet knife I have ever seen. Is that 12C27 stainless? it's my favorite stainless.
