Thanks to Seved for his excellent tutorial, I came up with this new knife. I used some curly birch, brass, and red vulcanized fiber, on a Polar 95mm blade. While it is not nearly up to the quality of most of what I've seen posted, I am well-pleased.

Thanks for the welcome.
I think this one turned out nicer than my previous efforts, because I put away the belt sander and used files! Lots more work, but easier to stop before going too far, as well. Looks nice, though you could take about 25% more wood off the handle in a round-about way in order to eliminate the square, not quite done appearance.
